All returns to RedFive Online must be pre-approved, and are accepted on a per-case basis. All returns or requests for returns must be made within 72 hours of receipt of merchandise, and an approved return will be exchanged for merchandise or a voucher for future use.
If you have a question about returning merchandise, please contact RedFive via phone fax or email, as this is necessary to start the return approval process. All returns must be shipped back at the customer's expense, and must be received by RedFive within 7 days of approval, lest the return agreement be cancelled.
